Rental Process
~ Submit the booking fee.
~ The rental process starts with selecting a property. You can select from our Properties or we can assist you. To match your needs we also have private properties not listed on our website
~ Select firm dates for your rental needs.
~ Select the property(s) you like the best.
~ We confirm availability and price.
~ Complete, sign and submit the booking form.
~ A 30% deposit is paid the day of booking.
~ Balance is paid 60 days prior to departure date from the U.S.
~ We provide confirmation vouchers that include contact information
and directions to the property two weeks prior to departure from
the U.S.
~ You depart for a fabulous vacation!
